Lacy Bird Academy · for business
What we do
The academy's doors are always open — but we also travel. We run masterclasses at flower studios to level up their florists, train in-house teams for hotels and retail chains, and bring talks, flower shows and live competitions to forums and expos.
We share every secret of commercial floristry, with no holding back — the same recipes, pricing and photography the Lacy Bird studio uses every day.
/ Formats
Mix them in one visit — a masterclass for your team in the morning, a flower show for your guests at night.

Masterclass at your studio
1–3 days for your florists.
We come to your studio with a programme built around what you sell: signature bouquets, colour, wrapping, photography for your shop. Your team works on real flowers next to ours.

Team certification
For hotel groups and retail chains.
Train your in-house florists to the Lacy Bird standard: online curriculum, instructor days on site, signed-off final pieces and a certificate for every florist.

Talks & live demos
For forums, expos and conferences.
A keynote on modern floristry and the business of a studio, or a live bouquet demo on stage — with Q&A, in English, Russian or Spanish.

Flower show
A large installation, built live.
Our team builds a statement installation in front of your audience — the centrepiece of the stand, the hall or the opening, and a photo spot for the whole event.

Bouquet Battle
A show format for your event.
Florists compete live against the clock on one brief, the audience votes, our experts judge. Loud, visual and very shareable.

Creative workshops
Hands-on sessions for your team or clients.
A floral session at your office, store or offsite: every guest builds their own bouquet with our florists, from first stem to wrapping. Groups of any size.
Already in your region on these dates? A visit to your studio or event around them is the easiest to plan.
