You’re a solo florist working for yourself
You’re a one-person orchestra. You work for yourself and make bouquets to order. Every day you play three roles: the Creator (designing arrangements), the Seller (running social media, talking to clients) and the Administrator (buying, delivery, bookkeeping).
You have 1–3 years of experience and you make beautiful bouquets. But the business side is pure chaos. Income is unpredictable — feast or famine. There’s no system for attracting clients. Social media eats your time and brings few orders. Pricing is by gut feeling.
You think in products, not systems — the focus is on making a beautiful bouquet, not on building a steady flow of orders. You work a lot but earn little. You feel tired and burned out, and you finally want to bring order to the business.
