Feather Grass
Feather grass is an ornamental grass whose seed heads extend into long, silky, feather-like awns that drift with the slightest movement. Feather grass is delicate and best handled dried, when its long feathery awns become airy plumes. If used fresh give a short cool drink, then hang or stand upside down to dry.
