Acceptable Use Policy

Misuse of the services

• use the services for anything unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent;
• copy, record, download or redistribute course materials, live sessions or other members’ content without permission;
• collect members’ data, scrape the services or access them with bots, crawlers or automated tools without our written permission;
• try to get unauthorised access, bypass access restrictions, test vulnerabilities without our permission, or overload our systems;
• send spam, chain messages or mass unsolicited messages to members, or use the services to advertise or sell to members without the circle owner’s permission;
• create multiple or fake accounts, impersonate others or share your account;
• upload malware or files that are excessively large or not related to the community.

Prohibited offers

Circles and courses may not promote: illegal goods or services, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes, gambling, adult content, or misleading income promises.

Consequences

We may remove content and restrict or close accounts that break this policy. Report violations with "Report" or at hello@floristcircles.com.
