What we deliver

Designed bouquets — modern hand-tied arrangements in our signature palette, from small bud-vase pieces to statement centerpieces. Never carnations-and-baby's-breath — always garden roses, peonies (in season), ranunculus, dahlias, and textural greenery.

Corporate and hospitality flowers — daily fresh flowers for hotels, restaurants, boardrooms, and offices across Dubai and Sharjah. Weekly subscriptions with palette continuity month to month.

Wedding and event florals — full-service wedding floristry from intimate bridal bouquets to full-venue installations. Destination-wedding specialists for couples flying in from Europe and the Americas.

Delivery windows are morning (9am-12pm), afternoon (12pm-4pm), and evening (4pm-8pm). Peak days (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Ramadan Eid, New Year's) require 24-48 hour lead time.

Why order from us specifically

Working design studio, not a delivery-only middleman. Every bouquet is arranged by hand in our studio at The Meydan Hotel, not white-labelled from a supplier. This is the same team that designs weddings, teaches at Lacy Bird Academy, and photographs the arrangements you see on our Instagram.

Modern floral design aesthetic. Soft palettes, generous shapes, restraint over ornament. We built our reputation on this design language since 2012. If you want the flowers you've seen in editorial magazines and international wedding features, this is that studio.

International supply chain. We import directly from Aalsmeer (Netherlands), Ecuador, and Kenya on our schedule — meaning peonies in December, garden roses in July, and specialty varieties that aren't in the standard Dubai wholesale market.

Same-day is real. Orders placed by 2pm are dispatched between 3-5pm the same day, in a temperature-controlled vehicle. No aggregator apps, no third-party couriers — our own delivery team knows how to handle flowers.

What our arrangements look like

We categorise by size and use:

Petit — 12-18 stems, small vase-sized bouquet. AED 300-500.

Standard — 20-30 stems, medium hand-tied bouquet. AED 550-950.

Grand — 40-60 stems, statement bouquet or centerpiece. AED 1,200-2,400.

Bespoke and luxury — larger installations, custom palettes, imported specialty flowers. AED 2,500-15,000+.

Wedding & event florals — quoted per project after consultation. Typical Dubai wedding: AED 15,000-120,000 depending on scale.

Corporate subscriptions — from AED 400/week for a single-location weekly delivery to full-service hospitality contracts.

Dubai has become one of the world's top destination-wedding markets. Couples from the UK, US, India, Russia, and increasingly Latin America book Dubai venues for weddings that combine luxury infrastructure with year-round outdoor weather.

Our wedding work covers:

  • Bridal bouquets and bridesmaid bouquets — always foam-free, magnet-fastened boutonnieres included for the wedding party
  • Ceremony installations — arches, aisle designs, chuppahs, altar florals
  • Reception centerpieces — from low compotes to elevated statement arrangements
  • Full-venue florals — installation, lighting integration, photography coordination

We work with all major Dubai wedding venues: Bab Al Shams, Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Al Naseem, Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari Resort, Address Downtown, Atlantis The Royal, and many others.

For destination weddings, we typically consult 3-6 months ahead, present a moodboard and floral plan, and deliver on the wedding day itself.

Lacy Bird is a modern floral design house founded in 2012 by Sofya Veyber. The Dubai studio at The Meydan Hotel is our flagship location, alongside academies in Astana (Kazakhstan) and Mexico City. We have trained over 12,000 florists at our academy and delivered over 15,000 bouquets per year across our locations.

Do you deliver same-day?

Yes — orders placed by 2pm are dispatched the same day. Peak occasions (Valentine's, Mother's Day) require 24-48 hour lead time.

What areas do you cover?

Same-day: all of Dubai and Sharjah. Next-day: rest of the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah).

Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

Yes — you can book delivery up to 60 days ahead. Recurring subscriptions are also available for corporate customers.

Do you deliver internationally?

Not directly. For international recipients, we partner with our sister studios in Astana (Central Asia) and Mexico City (Latin America), or recommend trusted partner florists in your city.

What if the recipient isn't home?

Standard policy: attempt delivery, contact recipient by phone, then leave a signed-for delivery at reception or a designated location. For sympathy deliveries, we always confirm delivery method with the sender ahead.

Can I customise the arrangement?

Yes — we offer custom palettes, specific flower requests, and personalised arrangements for orders above AED 500. Include your preferences in the order notes or contact us directly.

Do you accept last-minute wedding orders?

For weddings within 4 weeks, we take on a limited number based on studio capacity. Contact us directly to check availability.

Are the flowers photographed and sold what I'll receive?

Yes — every arrangement is designed and photographed by our team. Small variations occur based on seasonal availability, but the palette, style, and scale you see is what arrives.

Do you offer flower subscriptions?

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Same designer palette continuity across deliveries. From AED 400/week for a small home subscription.
