How to Keep Hops Fresh — Care & Vase Life

Conditioning, step by step

Fresh green hops last only a few days, so use them promptly or hang them upside down in a dry, airy spot to dry for autumn work. Keep the papery cones dry and away from ethylene-producing fruit.
